• Any ideas, documents, or strategies provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of the client.
• Templates or resources provided by us may not be resold or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability: We provide strategic guidance, but we do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Clients assume full responsibility for implementing the strategies discussed.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows:

• If a client misses a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice to clients.
